We aim to process and despatch all orders on the same day of receipt and despatch by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class service. 

However, please allow up to 10 days for delivery in case of unforeseen delays.

International Delivery

Your parcel should arrive in perfect condition.  If on receipt the box is damaged in any way, please either refuse delivery, or sign for it as 'damaged' and contact us immediately.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete and follow the instructions on the returns form on the back of your invoice.
